Q: I subscribed thru email but I can't login to my account using the subscribed email
A: Wait for account activation email from GFM US and choose 'Activate Account' button to allow you to create your password for your email account. You will be able to view/update addresses and account information. Be sure to update your shipping address to allow the system to provide you shipping options during checkout. You may also use the Log in button and update your other account information or use the Sign Up button to create your own account.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: At our store, ordering is simple, browse thru the items categories, find the items you want, add it to the cart, review and proceed to checkout.
Q: I have a hard time placing orders. What will I do?
A: Email us at email@example.com and we will respond to your inquiries and help you manually create your orders if needed.

Q: I am an international customer but why can't I place any order?
A: Our store shipping settings are not yet enabled to ship to your country for now. We can still accommodate your order manually if you choose to. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.

Q: How fast can I get my order?
A: Different shipping method will cause different delivery time, but you can find more information in the Shipping Policy page. The international order processing time is not included in the shipping time and may take additional 2 - 7 business days to complete.
Q: For items marked FREE international shipping to designated countries, why would it take 2 - 4 weeks to complete?
A: Most of those items will come from other international warehouses and in order to give FREE shipping to our customers in designated countries, we avail of the most affordable shipping cost, one that will take 2 - 4 weeks to complete.
Q: What do you use for shipping?
A: We use USPS and UPS ground for domestic shipping. You may choose One-Day and or Two-Day Priority Mail or Parcel Select Ground. The shipping cost will be added to final invoice. We use the US Postal Service for international shipping coming from US Warehouse.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We welcome international orders. We use USPS for all international shipments coming from U.S. warehouse, unless the customer prefers another shipping method like UPS. For items marked FREE shipping for these countries, our international warehouse decides which method or agency to ship internationally.

Q: Why is my order divided into two orders or more?
A: We send out the items as soon as they are available. The remaining items may be dispatched from different international warehouses so they may arrive at different times.
Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: We always provide tracking number by email once the items are fulfilled or out for shipment. Shipment from international warehouse will send the tracking number directly to your email account.

A: Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the merchandise once it is packaged and the zip code to which it will be sent. Note that the calculation is based on shipments leaving from northern California.

A: Free shipping for NET order of $50 (minus coupons and promotions) and up are only available for U.S. locations.

Q: At the checkout, why do I pay shipping cost when my initial total orders are $50 and up?
A: If you are a U.S. customer, your total gross orders are $50 and up but your NET purchase (minus coupons and promotions) may be less than $50.
A: If you are an international customer, FREE shipping cost for NET orders of $50 and up are available for U.S. customers only. We will consider giving this free shipping privileges for international customers in the future.
Q: Why do I pay shipping cost when some of my items are marked FREE shipping?
A: If you are a U.S. customer, your total NET purchase (minus coupons and promotions) may be less than $50.
A: If you are an international customer, you may not belong to designated countries where FREE international shipping is given.
A: If you are from these countries, some items in your cart are not eligible for FREE international shipping and you are paying the shipping cost for that particular item only. All items marked for FREE international shipping do not add any amount to the shipping cost.
